In todays blog, we’ll talk you through the steps we go through to ensure the wedding photography we provide is the best in the business.

The Booking Process

The first step is to get in touch. We’re available every day on contact@chromamedia.co.uk and aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. You can alternatively use our contact form on our Request a Quote page.

We may ask to take more details from you, to ensure the we provide the correct wedding photography services to make the day special.

We’ll come back to you as soon as we can with a full quotation, free of charge. If you’re happy to proceed, that’s fantastic! We’ll send over a booking form and an invoice and we’ll be ready to go. We do require a deposit before we begin to get everything ready for the date.

Wedding Photography Preparations

This is the bit where we do lots of work behind the scenes and prepare all of our wedding photography equipment. To ensure everything runs smoothly on the day, we charge up our cameras, clear out our SD cards and ensure everything else is 100% ready to go.

Doing this means your photographer on the day will be using totally reliable equipment, so they can put all their focus into capturing those amazing moments you’ll savour for a lifetime.

The Big Day

Now for the part we look forward to the most – the wedding day! We pride ourselves on making the wedding photography part of the day as stress-free as possible for all involved. All our preparation means that the process can run as smoothly as possible.

On the day, our photographer will arrive on time as agreed and set up their equipment to ensure everything is ready for the beginning of the ceremony. Our photographers are always kind, friendly and happy to accommodate all requests, within reason of course!

Post-Wedding

The most rewarding part of the wedding photography process comes after the big day itself. After the celebrations have come to an end, our photographer will pack away his equipment discreetly, before leaving the venue.

The next day, we’ll safely unload all images from the cameras. Our team ensure all photos are of the highest quality before we send them over to you in digital or physical form, whichever you chose during booking!
